Delivery Times
Orders are shipped via courier with tracking and typically arrive within:
- USA & EU: 2–5 business days
- All other regions: up to 7 business days
In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to customs delays or issues with local carriers. In such cases, we reserve the right to deliver within 45 calendar days.
Taxes & Duties
EU Orders
We participate in the EU One Stop Shop (OSS). VAT is calculated based on your shipping country and displayed at checkout.
Non-EU Orders
No VAT is charged. You are responsible for import taxes, customs fees, tariffs, or other local charges.
USA Customers
- Orders under $800 USD are generally not taxed due to de minimis rules.
- Orders over $800 may incur tariffs or duties depending on product type and value. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
EU Business Orders
Enter a valid EU VAT number at checkout to request a VAT-exempt invoice.
Returns
Conditions
- Items can be handled as in a physical store.
- AGO Film Processor may be tested by using it for film development.
- Returned items must be clean, complete and in original packaging.
- Email support@vintagevisual.eu within 30 days of delivery.
- Return the goods within 14 days of notice or provide proof of shipping.
- Return shipping is at buyer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of cancellation notice.
- We may delay refunds until items are received or proof is provided.
- Refunds may be reduced if items show signs of use beyond normal inspection.

- Contact us within 2 months of discovering the defect.
We will offer a repair or replacement free of charge based on what’s most reasonable and mutually acceptable.

Orders including the AGO Film Processor ship free of charge, regardless of destination. If your order includes the AGO and any additional products, your entire order ships free.
